Designed to easily trim away excess hoof wall, these quality drop forged steel nippers have a double beveled cutting edge to help reduce nicking and bending. They feature vinyl coated handles for more secure grip and are hand sharpened for accurate trimming. Fine quality steel. 14" hoof nipper with cushion grip handles. Drop forged and oil tempered. Please note: Just a personal observation.  These are a nice nippers but not to be compared with a High end Professional Brand such as the $300 and $400 GE nippers.  Just want you to be aware of that before purchasing. .
