This is the most perfect thing for anyone that has a cutting machine & cuts vinyl!!! I saw a post from another lady that said that's what she used it for. I jumped on it & it is absolutely wonderful!!! Saves me a lot of time with weeding!! Great for all things you can do with a light box. I love the construction. It is very light & comes with a long USB cord to hook to your computer & you can add an adapter & plug it in the wall. I highly recommend this product to anyone that can use a light box!!! I bought this intending to use it as a backlight to capture leaf and other materials translucency. I did not notice from the photos that there is a layer under the surface with little holes where the light comes through. I was expecting it to be white light across the entire board. Instead it is grey with little light holes. It does work for tracing, so my little daughter can now use it instead.
