Did a number of electric pressure washer reviews and this unit won out over the others. Good reviews, consumer feedback and I saw there were improvements done that the company listened to consumers - and made for the better. Set up was a breeze, easy to change the wand nozzles and it works for around the house jobs. A couple of items to be aware of: The washer hose is real stiff, maybe another flexible one from online might do the trick. Also, don't forget to remove the garden hose inlet screen and tighten the hex head screw. This will ensure the garden hose adapter doesn't come loose. Don't forget to order the pump saver solution. Some preventative maintenance goes a long way. Happy washing!!!

Although I bought it months ago I didn't get to use it until 10/20/15 because I'm recovering from Surgery... I had a friend come and help put it together for me... First thing that needs to be fixed is either do something different with the hose or put a Heavy-Duty brass speed connector on it, because unscrewing the hose from the wand every time is a pain in the butt! Second thing that needs to be fixed is the water inlet is plastic and should be "Brass" or "Stainless-Steel"!!! This is not a $50.00 "Harbor-Frieght" Special!! This is "HUNDREDS" of Dollars!! and shouldn't have "CHEEP" fittings like these... I think it would have been better to put a system like the power cord on the other side for the hose so we could just flip the bottom tab up, and just pull all the hose off and start washing, in stead of , "Unscrewing the hose from the wand and fiddling with the handle on the reel so it will spin around without hitting the handle, then pull all the hose off the reel (because you can't spray with hose on the reel or it voids the warranty!)) Then after you get all the hose off you have to uncoil it and then screw it back onto the wand!! Then the other thing that need fixing is that they need to give it more power in the soap mode as it didn't even have enough power to reach the top of my Pick-up truck, never mind my "Motorhome"!! They should have an adjustment for pressure! It was ok, for one of my "Compact-cars", but the full-size and both Pick-ups it didn't work good on... PRO's: Once you have it all set up, the fan spray works fine in the cars and half the trucks, and then I use the Stream Spray to blast the mud off, then switch back to Fan-Spray to finish it, and it's clean's good... But then you need to unscrew the wand and reel up the hose again and screw it back on the wand so nothing happens to the threads! My friend and I washed 3 vehicles (mostly him) But I Got to do a little bit, and I was the one switching the tips... And buy the way thats a nice system they have for tips...(Wish they had that on the WAND) So in conclusion, it's a good sprayer , but needs minor improvements to make it worth all that money... Hope this helps you...Read full review

I did a lot of research on all electric pressure washers I could find and settled on the Model AR 390 SS and I am glad I did ,I have used different electric washers before and found this one to be the best in my opinion and I am very picky, this machine is of very high quality and does a great job ,the hose is very good and the material that the hose wheel and all the other parts are made out of some tough material ( it is not plastic like some reviewers are saying ) it is some tough tough stuff, and this washer will last a very long time, it is a pleasure to use, as with any thing just use a little common sense ,I love it ,can't hardly wait for the next job it makes such a difference, Virgil

This washer seems to work really well. Like the hose on a reel. This makes it easier to wind up. Like most vertical pressure washers it tips over easily so you just have to watch yanking on it. Otherwise easy to operate and quiet compared to my Karcher.

I'm a little disappointed with the unit.... remember, buy short, get short. Not quite what I thought it would be. Only used it three times and you need to get extremely close to what your cleaning. It started leaking after the second use and was quite surprised. It is quiet & easy to use but I'm already considering replacing. I can't in good faith recommend.... most projects need more pressure than what this unit puts out I feel. For the money, I guess I really shouldn't complain. Will never buy anything less than 2500 psi.
