The speaker/voice box is removable. Instructions are included to tell you how to switch language from English to Spanish. The back velco doesn't close completely/perfectly. Aside from that though the doll is soft (except for the eyes). Seems to be of good quality. Says a few phrases and plays a snippet of lullaby. Overall happy amd would purchase again for the price I paid.
