Item arrived today in good condition except for one corner was slightly damaged. Looks like someone just dropped the package it on that corner. Attached is a picture of the damage. Not sure what you want to do about it. I would be satisfied with a small refund - not sure it is worth the time both of us would need to put in a claim to UPS. The shelf is usable as is, but for $27 bucks, it should have arrived in better condition. I will let it up to you.

    Glad I Bought It

    As a professional audiovisual technician, I carry a lot of tools, but a toolbox won't work in my situation. This is by far better than your ordinary backpack. Lots of pouches for easy access and organization, and a roomy main section. The flip-up light sure comes in handy when I'm working in a dark backstage area, too. Sturdy, well made, and thoughtfully designed. The quality is such that I expect to get several years of service out of it. It's working out great for me.

    electricians backpack

    been using for several months now with no sign of wear. i carry over 50 lbs of tools in it to my jobs in various locations every day. also provides enough padding to comfortably carry this heavy load without any discomfort. very pleased with this item.

    CLC backpack

    I use it for electrical work and it holds all of my hand tools comfortably. I definitely recommend it because it's a lot cheaper than Klein, Milwaukee etc and feels to be made well enough to last for years to come.
