Accurate title, item was new. Listing as open box was a stretch, the box was damaged, but item was in perfect condition!
Everything I expected & more. Print quality is excellent, set up on the computer(s) was easier than expected (networked,) initial physical setup a little harder, directions could have included a note regarding the effort required to access toner. I thought I might break the hinge assembly when attempting to first open the door.

It will only work if I leave my computer on stand by. If I shut my computer down, then the next time I try to print something it won't print. I have to set up my printer again to get it to work.

Good Bang For the Buck
Easy to set up. People are complaining about the wireless and the reason they are having problems with the wireless is because it comes with outdated firmware. You can correct this by going to the Lexmark website and download the current firmware FW7.2.35. After you download that firmware your wireless problems will be gone. I am not allowed to leave link on reviews here so just go to the Lexmark website and its easy to find.
