This thing has only been good for a laugh - some of the worst engineering I have ever seen is on display here. Records only at a fixed 16kHz sample rate, which I haven't seen any device use since Myst was big. The mic is awful too, even for a cheap consumer device. The symmetrical control layout - bookended by two sliding switches of identical length - is impossible to use blind / eyes-free. Whether or not it will actually charge (even when turned on, as the manual insists you must do before charging... wait, what?) and/or turn on *after* charging seems to be hit or miss, no way to set time/date for file timestamps without running a mystery unsigned executable on a Windows box (suggestion: don't ever, ever do this). I'm quite positive this is not a defective unit, just horrific, lazy, half-baked engineering across the board, and I'd be displeased with my purchase at a third of the price. For the money you can easily find a used or refurb voice recorder from a name manufacturer that may be a bit bigger in your pocket, but will perform a lot more usefully. Read full review

Haven’t used it yet still charging but very small so takes up very little space like in your pocket.
