Looks nice, works as it should. Mechanism is a little sticky on ours...tiny bit annoying because the way we need to use our gate, it has to be removed and reinstalled daily. But if you're just leaving it in place, it'll be fine.

the gate looks great but is cheaply made. The wood and plastic components aren’t solid and it’s very difficult to hook in and lock to feel secure to the wall. I’ve had it for a week now and I am still messing around with it to make it work

This gate looks nice and serves its purpose. However, it is a nightmare to handle and it's leaving black marks on my wall. The new locking mechanism is atrocious - I have to allow an extra five minutes to get it in place every time I leave home.
