Spins but doesn't sonic. Brush part is very soft. There's a silicone brush head I haven't tried yet. As far as I can tell so far, it's waterproof. Case is nice. Price is low so I guess I should not have expected that it was close to the Clarsonic. If you are replacing a Clarsonic like I was, you'll be disappointed. But if you are just looking for a spinning facial brush that's waterproof, it's good.
