The "original" packaging was taped together like it had been opened and then returned and the box was beat up. Also the moister wicking packets that were in with the rock some how got fused to the rock itself and broke open so the beads were all over and the wood base has white markings on it. When trying to get the packets off the rock crumbled some. It seems to be working fine though.
