Arrived quickly in good shape. Heavy and awkward to carry, though, so be prepared. Installed with no problems except for getting my platform built to the correct height (not a fault of the product). Looks great installed and will be a welcomed improvement in Ervine (our RV) over the standard microwave it replaced. Hopefully it will last 15 years like the old microwave did! The first package showed up......empty. somewhere in the shipping process the package got tore open and the item fell out. I messaged the seller and told them what had happened.
