This is a good product. I easily installed it to replace the broken handle on sliding door and it fits. It's good that 3 sets of screws in different lengths came with the kit, and the middle-length screws fit! The lock latch in the kit does not fit to the old lock latch hole - wider and longer, but I could use the old latch so it's not a problem and I did not have to buy a new lock. BTW, it's an "open-box" item without the original packing box, and shipped in a thin plastic bag putting in a soft fiber-paper envelope. Wish that the two parts were wrapped in soft materials separately so that white paint on the metal parts would not be damaged in shipping. Since it's only two minor scratches, and it's an "open box" item, so I did not request for a replacement. This is just a suggestion. Overall, it's a good-buy and solved my problem.
