I've only gotten to use it a couple of times but so far it's a great heating pad. I love that you can choose whether you want it to shut off automatically after 2 hours or turn it off yourself when you actually want to. I love that it has a long chord with the "remote" close to the heating pad. It has 6 heat setting to choose from but I've only been able to use it on the first setting because it get so hot. The plush side is also nice, not quite as soft as I thought it'd be but still pretty soft.

I love the update softness of the heating pad. My old one was plastic. It works great and a nice size. My only complaint would be the cord placement. One the next version it would be nice if the cord could come out of the side of the pad not the bottom. It can be uncomfortable sometimes. Other than that it's a great buy!
