Picked up this book again in order to learn FreeCAD. And this book helped immensely! One thing to look at the drawings in the book, and an entirely different thing to really take a shot at one especially if you are learning something new.
Attached is an extract of some of the exercises I was able to complete successfully. Glad that I did!
It's a nice book. Has many challenges laid out for you to hone your skills at CAD.
However, I was hoping that there would be a few exercises on cog and belt or sprocket and chain drawings. These are easier said than done, and having an exercise would definitely help in this area of design .
