I ordered Burberry The Beat for my mother for Christmas. I assumed what I would be getting was like the pictures of the item. In the pictures it said it was The Beat Eau de Toilette for Women with white packaging. What I received was "FOR MEN" and in black plaid packaging. I'm very upset and now I won't have a present for my mom. Highly disappointed!!

UPDATE (1/2/14):
I gave Amazon 3 stars instead of 1 I originally gave them because of their customer service to try to fix the issue. I wasn't able to ship back the perfume, so Amazon refunded my money and offered to pay for the shipping costs if I re-ordered it. They also said they would honor the original price if it had gone up. Unfortunately, they were out of The Beat. They were still willing to honor the original price if I got a comparable perfume. We wouldn't have got the perfume in time for Christmas because Amazon does not offer 1-Day shipping on perfume, so I went to a local store and got The Beat there instead.
