Great for travel and daily usage. I love that I can leave it in my bag for over a week and charge my phone as needed.Even though it is a bit bulky, it costs the same as the trendier/smaller portable charges with far more power -my sister has been through three small ones in the time I've had the EasyAcc. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who spends a lot of time out of the house and/or travels a lot. It's truly a life saver.The only cons are that it takes an incredible amount of time to charge. I bought this in January; after a few months, even charging it overnight doesn't bring it to a full charge. I also noticed that one side of the pack expanded, causing the grey part to break away from the black. This was after I realized how long charging takes. I don't use anything more than one iPhone or iPod on it, so battery swelling doesn't really make sense, but that's the only thing I could think happened, because I don't recall having ever dropped it (if it's not in my bag, it's charging on the kitchen counter). I've attached photos, in case anyone else is having this problem as well.Despite this, it still works perfectly well, and I would still recommend it.

So first off I own a few of these gadgets ranging from 1250mah to 20000mah.
This product has a very nice finish. Durable hard type body not that cheap plastics feel. The contents were well packaged. I'll post some pics. The size is not bulky. It weighs a little bit more than your average 20000mah but I think it is a plus due to the sturdy body.
So after this unit was charged up I tried 2phones at once. My Samsung 6 edge plus and my wife's Samsung note 5. I was actually impressed. The smart charge feature powered them up quickly. When they were 100 percent I still had 3 lights left. So I charged our Samsung Galaxy Tab as well. When that was finished I had about 2 bars left. The specs says it can charge roughly 5 times a tablet or phone but on a full charge I charged 3 devices all samsungs and still had over 2 bars left. I think it is safe to say i could have charged them more than 5 times. So if you have an Apple product I am not sure of the specs. If you're looking for a decent Sturdy portable charger this one could be for you. It's well built and charges quickly. It has 4 smart USB ports which is above average and 2 charge ports.
So the cons: Like many other chargers which I don't know why this one doesn't have the wall plug in. I'd give it a full 100 if it did. But it did come with 2 mini USB cables and instructions. Other than that there's nothing really negative. And for the price why not? You can buy a cheaper plastic for a few dollars less and drop it and done. I've dropped it 3 times already and I have kids. So. It still works. I'm a satisfied customer.

EasyAcc was very quick to respond to the above paragraph and their customer service department responded immediately with a replacement. Their awesome people answered questions, made suggestions and it was determined that a replacement unit would solve the issues I was having. I received it within a few days and it works flawlessly. My rating now is 5 stars. If every company handled problems like this it would make life much easier for consumers.

It charged my Nexus 6P, My friends iPhone 6s+ and my smartwatch with still half juice left. Charged up my vape (6000mah) and i still even then had a little to go if i needed it. Very good device, it DOES take forever to charge, but what else do you expect from a battery this size? Its also not nearly as portable as a phone but again. what do you really expect from something of this size and capacity? Great for what it is and that is being able to charge a lot of devices at the same time 0-100% and still have some emergency juice left over.

I can't say enough about this charger. This charger will charge my S7 Edge 3-4 times per charge. And it charges quickly. I use an bldg inspection app on my phone for my job. This app drains my phone really fast. I keep my phone plugged into this during my inspections and it keeps my phone charged. This device will charge over night - with your phone plugged into it. If you live in a hurricane prone area, you might want to keep a few of these charged and on hand at all times. It also has a flashlight. With cell phones being the only source of communication for many, it's important they stay charged during emergencies. Yes, the cell towers may go down, but having a charged phone means you can contact someone as soon as the signal comes back.

Absolutely amazing external battery. I have had mine for over 3 years now and it is still doing great. The batter life has decreased to about half of what it originally over the 3 years now and due to me dropping it a few dozen times some pieces inside are loose (I can hear them move around when I shake the external battery). The only complaint I might have is the size and the weight. It is a little large to carrier around for many people and when fully charged it is fairly hefty.

Second one bought as first was accidentally damaged.

Two inputs mean you can charge this in half the time. This is one of its best features (aside form actually functioning as a battery) as it is a large battery and recharging our old ones always took too long. Also really like the fact that it outputs 4.8A total and is smart detection. Our old power banks always had a 2A and a 1A port, couldn't charge two devices at 2A and always had to double check I plugged USB into the right(2A) port. Problem solved with this. Can just blindly plug it in.

Came well packaged. Two micro-usb cables supplied. Not the longest, but not thin or flimsy cables. Was around half charged out of the box as per the led indicator on the side (li-ion batteries should be stored at 40% charge). They appear solid and well made. They may be a bit heavy or large for some, but I have big pockets and use a 6in phone so the size is a non-issue for me. Has a torch. Quite bright, will save your phone battery in a pinch in the dark.

If you are in the market for a power bank, this is a serious contender. The dual-charge feature is a valuable time-saving feature (save 6 hours of charging). The size of the battery means you can perform an average of 5-6 phone charges, and the 4.8A output across all ports means you can do those charge cycles simultaneously and in good time.

Great value for money.

Ich hab die 20000mAh-Version dieser Power Bank vor knapp 2 Monaten für längere Pokemon-Touren erworben und muss sagen, dass sie genau meinen Erwartungen entspricht. Der Akku hat nun schon öfters über einen ganzen Tag lang zwei Personen mit zweifachen Handyladungen versorgt und am Ende eines langen Tages trotzdem noch über 50% Ladezustand gehabt.
Auch einen ungewollten Robustheitstest hat der Akku mit bravour bestanden. Der Akku ist mir am oberen Ende der Rolltreppe runtergefallen und über die Metallstufen nach unten gekullert. Unten angekommen hat der Akku den Sturz (abgesehen von ein paar Kratzern an der Außenhülle) problemlos weggesteckt.
Auch ist mir beim Laden und Entladen kaum Wärmeentwicklung aufgefallen - sprich beim Akku selbst geht nur wenig Energie verloren (bin mir aber nicht sicher wie anfällig die Akkus selbst darauf sind und ob das Wärmeproblem nicht primär bei USB-Kabeln auftritt). Die mitgelieferten Micro-usb-Kabel scheinen auch kaum Energie durch Wärme zu verlieren.

Einziger (zu erwartender) Nachteil sind natürlich Größe und Gewicht des Akkus, was aber auf Grund der Kapazität zu erwarten ist. Ich habe den Akku in meiner Hosentasche verstaut und mit engem Gürtel geht das gut ohne, dass er mir die Hose auszieht^^
Aber mehr als der Akku passt dann natürlich nicht mehr in meine Tasche und das Gewicht ist sehr wohl spürbar.
Als ständigen Begleiter ist der Akku als nicht zu empfehlen, aber für Pokemon Go touren, wenn man weiß dass man viel Saft benötigen wird, kann dieser Akku zwei Personen ein ganzes Wochenende über Wasser halten.
Die Ladezeit über beide Anschlüsse ist ebenfalls erträglich. Aufladen über Nacht oder einen ausgiebigen Nachmittag geht sich gut aus (je nach Ladestand vor dem Aufladen).

This one of the better portable chargers that I have come across. Its solid, robust and well made, it has good electronics inside it so I can highly recommend it. I can charge my large tablet 3 times before it needs a rechargeso i guess it will charge a reasonable sized phone quite a few times.
Just recently I had a small problem with it so being a highly skilled electronic engineer I had a look inside and found a dry joint connection (a common fault in most electronic devices so I'm not saying this item is inferior in the slightest or unique to this fault type) .
