I understood the dimensions of this when I purchased it. Now that I have it it is not a very good piece of equipment. We tried to roll a 200 pound dresser on its top through the house and it kept getting stuck the wheels would not roll straight and the dresser kept sliding off of the dolly.
Because I’m moving into a new house I really needed this to work, it really just does not work as the description says it will.
