Great Product!! I am so glad I got this. (I actually have ordered it twice now.) My sister finally revealed one of her tightly held secrets--she keeps here skin looking smooth using a dry body brush. I have been battling cellulite near my knees and my arms have had a bumpy look on the top for years now--she is miss smooth all over. I work my butt off exercising almost every day for at least an hour--year after year. She is lucky if she takes a walk once a week. (I do have a fairly sedentary job, though, and she doesn't.) From the first time I used it, my skin was a bit less bumpy under the skin, particularly on the tops of my arms. I have only used it a couple of weeks and my arms look SO much better! On my arms under my skin it was lumpy--I guess fat or something had lodged there. It could be seen even under some fabrics. I used the dry brush--upward strokes--on my arms about four times a day for about 5 minutes on each arm, including before bathing and/or going into a dry sauna. I did not change my exercise routine and I did not tan or use a fake tanning cream. I did increase water intake to help flush out the toxins being released. My arms look much smoother--not smaller--just not as flabby as before. Before the brushing, they looked flabby despite getting exercise. There is muscle there and they aren't that large. (The sauna is probably not necessary, but I do think some arm exercise, sweating, wrapping, massage, etc... will help the body to eliminate the fat that is loosened free. And, I think the increase in water consumption is important.) Next, I am going to concentrate on dry brushing around my chubby knees more and see if I can smooth them out too. (I didn't give the area as much attention as I did my arms, but there has been some improvement here as a result of the dry brush and another gadget--one of those knobby things.)

Well made. The hand strap is cotton webbing and comfortable on the hand. The bristles are placed into the wood and there’s no plastic at the base of the bristles which I prefer. The brushes I’ve had in the past with plastic at the base of the bristles have all had the bristles come out. So I prefer thus one with the bristles in the Wood. I dry brush a few times a week though daily is best. The bristles are just firm enough to slough off the dead skin cells on my arms, legs, and body. It improves circulation and my skin glows which is remarkable considering my age. I think it helps with cellulite reduction but not a whole lot - maybe with continued regular use? It does feel good too. My husband wanted one (it’s personal like a toothbrush, so don’t share) and now he begs me regularly to brush his head and back with his brush. Though he will use it himself. He likes it because the brushing feels good not because of any beauty or health benefits. I’ve recommended this dry brush to others. Do your body and your skin a favor and begin dry brushing.

Good brush with a few issues.

I like this brush. However, there are a few things I wish were slightly better.

First of all, I have a hard time holding it. The strap on the back is too big so it slides around on my hand when I try to use it. An actual handle would make it a lot easier to use. As it is now, I have to grip the sides of the brush, which seems to affect the way I can use it on my skin. So that slight improvement would make it, in my opinion, a lot easier to use.

The other issue is the bristles themselves. They are soft, which is important as users shouldn’t want to take their skin off when using it. But they don’t retain their shape. The bristles on my brush, after a few weeks of use, are flattening and skewing. That’s certainly going to lessen the amount of use I’ll get out of this before having to buy a new one. I was hoping it would stand up better and thus last longer. So if something could be done to lessen the “flattening tendency” of the bristles, that would be an improvement.

This is an amaaaaaazing tool!! Ever since I can remember, I have had tiny bumps on the outside of my thighs and upper arms, near my shoulders (chicken skin). I started waxing my legs a couple months ago and realized how important it is to exfoliate to combat ingrown hairs. After doing a lot of reading about hair growth cycles, I came upon something that mentioned hair follicles “popping up” and it made me realize that these little bumps are likely hairs trying to escape, but can’t, because of the lack of exfoliation. After using this brush daily, my bumps are completely gone and I feel like my legs are so much healthier. Don’t forget to moisturize after brushing! I’m now on the hunt for a brush with a handle so I can get my back more easily than I can with this brush with just the strap. The bristles are rough if you’re not used to them, but after a few days you don’t really notice it too bad. You won’t regret this purchase!

I love this brush...I get waxed so exfoliating is a must...it’s not soft but not so hard that it’s painful...it feels good and u can see the dead skin flying away while u brush....I usually scrub from the neck down to the top of my feet and it takes me about 10 mins..my skin feels super soft after..not sure about how well it works on cellulite..i have it but I haven’t been using it regularly until lately...I would say it’s not gna help that, but that doesn’t bother me. I have HS so I’m really hoping exfoliating will help reduce flare ups..it’s just a brush so don’t expect a genie to make u fit and glowing lol
