I bought this for my daughter while she is away at college. Since there is limited parking outside the dorms, it's best that she only make one trip. This little cart holds a storage bin (usually full of laundry), her violin, groceries, and random things she may need. Last week she even had a decent size throw rug added to the haul.
The cart is sturdy and it came with an extra strap. It folds down small and fits in a nice little storage bag. I couldn't have asked for a better cart especially at this price range!

This is a lifesaver
I’m so happy I bought this! I got this to move my daughter out of her dorm. When she moved in last fall it was a nightmare carrying her fridge and heavy boxes ourselves. I’m writing this after just moving the fridge. It was so easy to fasten it securely to the dolly and easy to maneuver. You do have to lean down a bit so it’s at the proper angle. I’m 5’8” and it wasn’t too bad but if you are taller than that the handle might be too short. It was definitely worth it since it made the job so easy. Will be moving shorter but wider boxes later. I will update if anything changes but right now I could not be happier with this product. Love that it comes with a carrying bag but it could probably fit in any standard backpack when folded.Edit- I just added a pic of the boxes we moved. These were pretty heavy but the dolly held them just fine. It did get wobbly on a patch of brick like sidewalk but smooth sidewalk and carpet were very easy to maneuver this large heavy load on. I strapped a duffle on it for my carry on item on the plane but it didn’t fit in the overhead bin like that so I just took the duffle off and folded up the dolly and it fit sideways. I could have kept it on but the items in the duffle needed to stay upright. I think I will get tons of use out of this and for the price I think this was a steal. Make sure you tighten the additional strap so everything stays secure! It is a strong elastic so if you don’t tighten it enough your load will wobble.

Pros:
Light weight and easy to deploy and collapse.
Handles heavy items with proper strapping
Can maneuver it loaded in upright position due to having an extra pair of wheels on pallet bottom.
Cons:
Tips over easily when going over uneven terrain or a bump. (narrow wheelbase)
Can get away from you if left unattended on an incline - downside to the Pro of it having extra pair of wheels.
Overall, for the price, the cart does just fine for light duty even though it's payload is rated at over 100lbs. Time will tell how well the tethered bungie strap hold up. At least the are easily replaceable if/when one breaks. If you haul a tool case and other heavy satchels on a daily basis, this is a great low cost solution in the short term or temporarily until you can procure a heavier duty cart.
Update: 26 Jun 2020 - Both wheel bearings have fallen apart (pics posted). No company info to order replacement wheels, so I took two routes: 1. ordered replacement bearings (4 total for $10) for original wheel rebuild. 2. Ordered replacement skate wheels ( 2 for $11)
Started with option 2 of replacing wheel in that original wheels are a bit unstable on uneven & bumpy surfaces to the point of the cart tipping over easily. Will add to this review update after evaluating new wheel performance.

Firstly, impressed it arrived so quickly. Secondly, delighted with all the extras it came with: I did not have to buy any extras to help secure this. It maneuvers like a dream!
We just our first trip using this luggage cart for our toddlers cart seat (Graco 4ever) (Toddler is 1.5 year old & 25lb). Practice run at home helped and is a must of course! It was just a baby & mommy, quick day trip on the plane, so no stroller needed. Baby was in a carrier, and secured the car seat onto the cart so quickly & so easily. Probably took all of 5 mins?
TSA/security at our airport, allowed the car seat & cart through together. Gate Checked car seat & cart together. *If I had been asked to take it apart,at security, it wouldn't have been a problem. For Gate Check, if I had been asked by the airline to take the cart off, again, it comes with a little bag, small enough for overhead or under seat storage.
Once through security, baby sat in the car seat. She loved it. Was so easy to push or pull around the airport. Getting off the plane and having the car seat right there, ready to roll was so convenient. No complaints at all from the performance of this product. Got a lot of compliments at the airport.
Taking the car seat off the cart, one our ride arrived, was done lickity-split. The cart folds down, very compact and took up no extra space at all. Doing the trip in reverse on the return flight was just easy the first time.
