This is great for what it's designed for. Be thoughtful about this purchase.
Let me begin by saying that this is not an iPad replacement, don't expect to find top performance from a $65 product. Keep the price in mind when having expectations. My expectations were not high when purchasing this, but I was honestly quite surprised! With a 1.2 GHz processor, this can do just about anything my LG smart phone can do. 16 GB of space won't take you very far, but I've found that an 8 GB SD card is very helpful. This only takes Micro SD, so keep that in mind if you need more than 16 GB of space. The included keyboard case is very nice. By no means fancy, but easy enough to use. I originally had issues figuring out how to use inputs such as the apostrophe or quotations. To do your input, hold the "Fn" key, and select the key with a blue highlight corresponding to the input you want. The case is very helpful as a stand to use while watching Netflix, and the keyboard quality itself is perfectly fine. There is no track pad however, so if you feel you need mouse support you can look into a Micro USB to USB adapter; I use a Samsung adapter and it gives me no issues. Though I would recommend getting one that has a cord between the Micro USB and USB ports; thicker adapters without the cord, such as the Samsung adapter, will make the case bow out a bit. I haven't seen any warping or cracks in the plastic as a result to this, but it is good to keep in mind. The battery life isn't great. If you intend to use this for more than a couple of hours, keep a charger handy. It uses the DC charger included in the box, but you can use micro USB as well. Micro USB charges slower, but it's helpful if you need to charge in the car.The screen resolution is fine; by no means awesome but perfectly fine for watching movies. The screen will look faded in certain angles, so your best bet is to just set it either on your lap or on a table when using it. Otherwise the screen may not look too nice. The touch screen is responsive. I haven't had any problems with it.If you leave this charging for too long, it will heat up. I don't think this is dangerous by any means, but you should keep an eye on it regardless. Thankfully, from a dead battery to a full charge it will take about an hour. So as long as you don't leave it charging for more than three hours it shouldn't heat up much.As far as gaming goes, you should be able to play just about any game in the Play Store on this tablet. Even games like Minecraft Pocket Edition run smoothly enough. There will be the occasional stutter, but it's not bad and is to be expected. Music on this is also fine. The speakers are clear enough for a couple of people to listen to if they're close enough to it, but if you intend to use this for any more than that, you may want to consider either using headphones or using an external speaker. This will not play Pokemon GO, however, as this tablet does not have a rear camera. The front facing camera is honestly quite bad. It looks like you're underwater, and everything has a slight blurred effect to it. However, as long as you're not using this with camera in mind, this is fine. The microphone is also quite bad, so I would recommend using a pair of headphones with a built in mic for this.In all, this is by no means something spectacular. But for the price you're paying, this exceeds expectations. As of October of 2018 it runs Android 7.1 Nougat. I don't believe it will be upgraded to Oreo, but we'll see. This would be a great gift for a younger child as their first tablet, as well as for someone who just wants a small device for use during travel or for Play Store games without having to use their smart phone. This tablet is 7 inches across and about 4 inches tall. Picture shows comparison to a 13.3 inch Dell Latitude - certainly not of laptop quality, but as a tablet this is very nice. The tablet is also durable as well. The entire outer body, including touch screen, is made of plastic, so it won't crack or break too easily. I would, however, still recommend keeping this tablet in the keyboard case during travel, just for added protection.I give this a solid 5 of 5 stars. Very nice and easy to use, versatile, and durable. Would make a great gift for both children and the elderly. I would definitely recommend this tablet to someone who is looking for a tablet like this in the price range. If my review has been helpful, please consider clicking "Yes". I have only had this tablet for a short time, but so far so good. I use a GPD micro pc pretty much every day for various tasks, and have come to appreciate and prefer it's ultra portable size. I found myself in want of a second machine of similar size to use around the house for basic day to day tasks, but didn't want to spend another 500 dollars or more on something that was overkill for its task.

That's when I stumbled across this tablet. Sure, it just has 1 gig of ram and runs a mobile os. It isn't a real laptop, but for less than 50 bucks, it is as close as you will get. I use it to send a couple of emails, browse the web, or maybe play a game every once and a while, and it is perfectly capable of performing those tasks.

As mentioned in other reviews, it does run android go, a cheaper less capable version of android, but it has not seemed to effect anything I use the tablet for yet. The screen is a bit blurry, but you kind of stop noticing after a short time of use. At least I did. I do wish it had a usb port. I have not tried an otg adapter yet though, so that may be a solution.

At this price, I can overlook a lot, but haven't had to. The tablet itself is better than I expected at this price. Touchscreen works as expected, the battery lasts pretty much all day with occasional use, and everything seems well built. The description says it comes with android 6.0 installed (and it does) but that will update to 8.1 as soon as you have an internet connection. The fact that it comes with a keyboard/case that is better than any 20 dollar keyboard folio I have used is a definite bonus. It has mechanical keys that make typing easy, and is made of aluminum and plastic that seems durable. Which is good, as I have already dumped it of my lap onto hardwood and concrete a couple of times.

Bottom line, it has a few minor annoyances, but overall is much better than I expected. If you are like me and hate the trend of larger machines like 15 inch laptops and phones the size of small tv's, and don't want to do anything demanding, this tablet makes a good notebook substitute. For the price, give it a try, if you decide it isn't what you are looking for, Amazon returns are easy.

I don't write many reviews but this deserves one. Ultimately, there is one thing to remember: $54.99! For that price you get an Android 6.0 tablet with a nice keyboard. In fact, for me the keyboard is the selling point. Yes, this hinge-type keyboard adds a bit of weight but it is worth it because you can actually use it on your lap while sitting in the waiting area of an airport. It is not a kickstand keyboard. Note that it is not full size and some of the keys are in strange places but you will get used to that. The tablet easily goes in and out of the keyboard but is held firmly in place. You are not going to be writing a dissertation on this thing but if you have ever tried to respond to 15 office emails via your smartphone, only to bemoan the lack of a bigger screen and an actual keyboard, here is your answer. At this price, feel free to chuck this thing into a bag and head for the airport, particularly if what you really need to do is check and respond to email and do some light web browsing on the road. The case is firm and plastic-y but does protect the actual tablet and the overall dimensions are demure. Note, however, that I have not seen the keyboard sold separately anywhere. Interestingly, it comes with a proprietary charger which initially gave me a shudder of horror but then I tried the micro-USB port and found out you can charge it that way as well. Phew! Nobody wants a tablet for which you can't easily get a charger if you forget it.
