It worked well before the A button became stuck down. Do not fix yourself they do not have the connection button pad part for sale and I can not find a replacement for it. They will replace the controller but for the amount I payed for it I opened it up hoping for an easy fix. That was not the case but the rubber silicon they use for the connection button pad is thin so hard button pressing and repetitive use on the A,B,X buttons will cause failure to the pads. Only had it for a 2 weeks.

I have to say that I purchased 2 different headsets for for my son to use with the Xbox one. The first one he could hear sounds but the mic didn’t work. The second headset neither sound or mic worked. I started thinking that the controller was the problem and I was getting ready to order a new controller until I decided to read some reviews. One reviewer said that if you download the PDP app you can change the settings. Once I installed the app I was able to update the software on the controller and turn the mic volume up. Now I have a very happy son!!

I have 4 of these that I've had for a total of about 2 years. Bought 2 early 2020 and 2 more in August. They certainly worked well right out of the box and were easier to use on my devices (PC, phone, android laptop, Xbox series S and one S). I never had compatibility issues with them and using them in emulators and controller remapping software worked like an Xinput controller.
Overall they are very lightweight and nowhere near the quality but you can get some good use out of them. 2/4 of my controllers have drift (both in the same place...) but I'm not hurt about it. If I was expecting the life of an Xbox controller, I would've bought one from Microsoft.
Final thoughts: Good controller, but curb your expectations. The buttons are stiffer (in my experience) and the triggers don't feel as nice but it fits like an Xbox controller and works on basically anything. Definitely worth the price. If you want quality, pony up for one from Microsoft

I bought two of these controllers and both went bad within months. The first one had an issue where the "Y" button would get pressed and get stuck. I thought this was an independent issue so I opened the spare and within an hour, the "RT" trigger just broke. This was after the 90 return policy so I was stuck with it. My brother was kind enough to gift me a third controller from the SAME company (But not the same controller) and... lo and behold... the "Y" button started to get stuck again. Stay away from PDP products as they seem to install their "Y" buttons somehow to make them worthless after a few hours of gaming.

Compré este mando con las expectativas bajas (quizás porque soy muy exigente con los mandos que utilizo) y la verdad que me ha impresionado. Para empezar he de decir que he jugado con varios mandos originales y la manejabilidad es exactamente la misma con el PDP. Obviamente hay una diferencia significativa de peso puesto que el PDP no trae batería y los originales sí, pero como he dicho y repito, la sensación, comodidad y manejabilidad es la misma. Si tienes dudas acerca del cable y cómo este va enchufado, te adelanto que este nunca se desconectará, puesto que se introduce firmemente en la parte de atrás del mando (hasta cuesta introducirlo y después volver a sacarlo) y este nunca se desenchufará a no ser que tú así lo quieras. Los materiales del mando como se ven en la foto son estilo camuflaje, y el tacto del mando es antiresbaladizo, no obstante a mí ya me ha caído varias veces sin llegarle a pasar ni lo más mínimo. A pesar de lo que se observa en las fotos, las flechas pese a tener funciones adicionales no perjudican para nada el juego. Los joysticks son exactamente idénticos a los originales (solo cambia la apariencia) y con respecto a esto y una de las cosas que más me han gustado es la robustez de los joysticks (hay joysticks que tienen sensación de "frágiles" o con mucha sensibilidad, cosa contraria en este mando y más conforme su uso). La verdad que estoy bastante contento con este producto y si se produce algun percance con mi PDP no dudaré en comprar otro similar.
