Overall this reel is actually amazing for 20 bucks. I would buy at least 3000 if you want to cast far.
My anti-reverse lever did come in not working properly so i have to tape down the spool so it doesn't unravel itself, but still it is a very great reel. It's important to note that it may be broken if you buy it so just keep that in mind. Still a great reel, and great it comes with 2 spools.

Not sure why he needed another reel, he has tons but this is what he asked for for Father’s Day. He’s satisfied and even caught some fish with it on Father’s Day so I guess he did need it.
