This is the best weed and grass killer I've tried so far. I used Roundup Pro concentrate, Ace Hardware brand, Triclopyr 4 and Finale and this works within hours and depending on weather, the weeds and grass is brown within a couple days. Plus for the price, it can't be beat.

This weed killer has to be THE MOST EFFECTIVE weed killer I have yet to use. It is a concentrate, which means for every cup of product you add a gallon of water to a “sprayer”. It is so easy to use and the results are tremendous! I have plants planted in a circle @ a tree and have struggled year after year just to keep them alive. But, using this product took a lot of the hard work out of it. Now I’m not saying that I didn’t have to put any work into helping these plants survive but, once I removed the weeds and sprayed around each plant I was good to go! I just had to check on them periodically and see if I needed to spray again. This was the 1st year where they are all blooming again! Definitely worth the purchase!

I use this product mostly for edging my flower beds. I am getting older and the weed eater and edger have become too heavy to use for more than a few minutes. If you adjust your sprayer properly and are very careful, then this product works great for edging and killing the invading grass.

I will buy again becasue it is the best deal in concentrate weed and grass control - when I did the math as to how much is needed to make X amount it is the best bargain. I dinged a star for the odor which did permeate the air from many feet away. The neighbor even shut her door in disgust as I sprayed, it was evening and even without wind the smell just carried. I recommend we wear a mouth and nose-covering filter mask and plan on staying away from the area after spraying, at least until it dries. I have used Round Up extended for a long time, before they made extended I used the regular, always the concentrate. I never had noticed that much BAD odor with that line, so this surprised me. That said, in a couple days all the weeds and grass were DECIMATED to nothing. Not just dead, but dead and pretty much gone. With Round Up I sometimes had to go grab and pull up dead weeds but not with this. (Speaking of using concentrate as the best bargain - I can recommend a sprayer at a great price here on Amazon. I recently bought a 2nd to use for pest control because of the long-lasting quality of the first: Smith Professional 190230-2, comes with several types of extra nozzles too)

We live on Hawaii Island where to the most part, anything grows rapidly, including those pests weeds. We are not new to Spectracide products, which many available variations cover most of our needs and this is one of the best. The product is pricy, but it does the job efficiently and quickly. The price was close to what we pay locally, but the added quantity make it a better buy for a product we know works really well. Remember too, if it rains right after you apply the herbicide, if the product has at least thirty minutes as the label describes, yes it still works against weeds as promised. We have such faith in Spectracide to do it’s job that we purchased three bottles right away from Amazon. Trust us, after many years of use, this herbicide does the job without all those cancer warning that other products had when used a few years back. We highly recommend Spectracide to do the job intended. You should have no regrets especially at this size bottle and price.
