I have seen these texture razors used so many times in haircuts and heard much about how much they can add to a hairstyle so I wanted to try one and this was the first result. It was a bit pricier than other options but it had ten extra razor blades and good reviews. I decided to get the fun multicolor one and expected it to look a bit cheap but I was shocked by how nice and weighty it felt. The razor also comes with a nice plastic guard and sleeve to carry it with your tools. I've used it on a couple haircuts now and although I'll have to see later on how much it is able to add to the haircut, for one of them I was able to achieve a good amount more volume on the top of the head by thinning out towards the ends. The main two ideas on how to use it I have observed in Dan Gregory's videos is if you thin out towards the root, you can achieve more collapse of the hair, and if you thin out closer to halfway-end of the hair, you can get the hair to stand up more. I would only say the finger hole isn't the most practical for the angles you want when thinning out the hair. That is not a fault of the product though as it is designed like most other products of this type. I don't typically use it perpendicular to reduce length to the hair but if you are doing that the product willl be nice to hold. I would highly recommend this product.

I tried to ask the seller prior to my purchase about the blades if they were included as someone previous to my review didn't receive theres and it's true seller will not respond.
However, upon my surprise my package included the razor handle and the blades!
I bought this style namebrand in hopes it would be good. So far the blade stays in place. Not loose at all. Handle has some weight but the design is better than others. I would choose this over the popular "Feather" brand any day as I dislike cheap plastic and metal being sold for lots more money.
I'm hoping after numerous blade changes it keeps them secure and I will be completely satisfied.
Overall, I'm happy!
Will update once I try it out in and see if the hanlde is compatible with other blades.
