The package came with tears on it and the chain hanging out of it. The name part of the necklace was bent (but it's cheap so I was able to bend it kind of straight again) and the envelope it came inside of was scratched and dirty. Still, the necklace looks nice, its proportions make it look cute and not bulky. It's wearable but the color of the chain is a bit off. But that's the price of affordability I guess.
