This remote did not work at all. As othes have stated its very light weight as if it's a toy. Read the instructions, which stated press the power button number corresponding with your TV. Nothing!! Checked the batteries to make sure they were in correctly, which they were and nothing. Tried repeatedly nothing. Dont buy. As someone stated, you get what you pay for.I wont even try for a refund. Just toss in the garbage.

The buttons are big enough and yes easy to use but it stopped working after 1 month. I changed the batteries and the light on the power button started working but I have to give it a tap every time I want to change the channel. Seems like loose connection/cheap PC board!!! The back lid to open is a real struggle to change batteries!!

Really stupid that this claims to be a universal remote when there seems to be no way to enter universal codes. It is great that it has quick access buttons for many major name brands, but there should still be an option to enter the universal 4 or 5 number TV codes, sadly I can't find a way to get this to work with my DYNEX TV....why was this the first universal remote that pops up on amazon.......when it fails to be a universal remote

Right out of the shipping package the product is meant for ease (minus a two easy to find AAA batteries) the product package is just pull and peel no cutting no razors no scissors. From there the remote is of high quality for the price (atm $6.99) there is a SUPER EASY to use program guide sticker on the bottom. Literally all it asks is that you, " hold power and a number on the key pad given your tv make" and that's it. Watch tv at ease.

This is a really cheap remote so your expectations should match. The build quality is awful. The batteries didn't really fit in the battery compartment, had to force them in and the back doesn't close completely. Remote pairs extremely easily with my Toshiba, but does nothing other than turn it on and off, and adjust the channels and volume. The input button doesn't work and neither does the menu button... I have a 46 button remote with 5 working buttons!

I love this remote!!! I am finally able to set my tv to sleep. I like to watch tv until I fall asleep at night. My original remote works perfectly EXCEPT for the “sleep” button. The replacement remote was going to cost me $40!!! I refused to spend that much. I tried a remote from “5 below”, but it didn’t have a sleep button.

I’ve only had this and used it for a few days now but so far it is the easiest universal remote I have ever had. Programmed in 3 sec with two buttons. For my Sony tv the sleep option works also which is why I purchased this one. No local stores including Walmart, Target or Best Buy has a programmable remote with a sleep option. If it holds up I would say best bang for your buck around.
