I liked that it arrived on time and that it installed "fairly" well, but then the initial attempt to download a video failed (first picture), installed the "update" and got a bogus error message of not having enough disk space (I have 1.3 tb free!) clicked on ok and it "ran" tried (just for the heck of it) to download another video from youtube..the video length was 6 minutes...the software never downloading..see third picture. I have worked with computers (software and hardware) for over 25 years, so I know "a little" about the operation of a computer. However, I will edit my registry and then attempt to install it again. If that fails I will return it for a refund, it is not the dollar amount spent, but the principle of the matter..especially when there were quite a few 5 star ratings on this.
If I get it to work I will revise my rating and update you on how I fixed the problem.
****UPDATE*** Turns out Windows 10 and Windows Defender was the problem! After fixing that the application works very well! Thanks!
