It was easy to download, quite easy to use. However I do not understand all the things in the pdf program. I did not find answers in the help button. I did write and ask a couple of questions. The first one got back to me by the next day. The second question I don't believe ever got answered. I did find a way to edit in pdf if it was my own file. The one we got from No Regrets to use for church advertising was only partly editable. But that may be because they set it up that way. We could not change the font size or style where we put in our church information.

Not printing documents correctly

The printing worked fine for the first two month for Word documents. When I printed about three months after purchase, the print is illegible. I contacted Mobisystems support and was told it was a known problem and no suggestion on a fix and closed my support ticket. I downloaded an update, hoping it would fix the problem, but it did not. I contacted support again and they told me to contact Amazon for a refund. It's now too late to obtain a refund so a complete waste of money. I should have purchased directly from Microsoft. Don't waste your money buying from Mobisystems.
