I needed help with my depression I am already on medication for it. So when I read what MCT oil was suppose to help with I thought why not. I never purchase items of any kind because everyone is in competition with each other, but the day I bought MCT I really was looking for help. By the 4th day of taking MCT oil I could tell there was something different with me. I was going to sleep early without sleeping pills, I was waking up but not like usually now I’m waking up ready to start my day and most of all no brain fog. I have enough energy through the day, and I could tell that I was starting to live a better quality of life. Yes I still have depressions, but honestly the MCT oil has made me start to rethink my future, my life as it is today and what it can be. My daughter even noticed the change in me she told me how happy she was that I was wanting to change and doing the work to do it. She said “mom I remember you didn’t think you were going to live long, you always said as long as I know that you and your brother are successful and ok in life I’m ok, but mom I wasn’t ok with you thinking like that, you were only 49 then. Your sister is 72 and she doesn’t think like that and the fact that now you can see a future and have all the ideas that you once had i feel like I have my mom again” and we cried together and I apologized, because I didn’t know how much stress I was putting on my children. This product truly works and I will continue to buy it along with continuing my therapy to be the best person I can be. Amazon wants me to write a review on the flavor, if it is easy to swallow and the value for the money. Well it has no flavor, although they are large soft gel they go down easy, and I’ve written that I definitely go my moneys worth.

Helps control my appetite, gives me good energy and has benefited my cholesterol.
The capsules have a soft feeling and are easy to swallow. Also, since I travel, it is easy to pack the capsules rather than liquid form. On the downside, I was unhappy with my most recent order because the capsules were stuck to each other inside the bottle and hard to separate them 😞.
