I’ve been on the keto lifestyle for a while and to be honest I was just craving some thing nostalgic. The texture of these it can be a bit grainy but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for me I didn’t have to mess around with the measurements to get the consistency that I like but obviously it’s not that bad I want to mess around some more I see if I can get them dinner crispier maybe swap out the water for some type of milk substitute but it is a solid mix that could we have limited in other types of recipes easily.
