√ It will automatically lock for five minutes when enter the password incorrectly more than 5 times.

√ For security reasons, the door lock will automatically lock when the correct password is entered for about 5 seconds. But you can set the auto-lock time via the app.

√ Product requires 4 AA batteries.

If you want remote control to unlock/lock, you will need to purchase additional accessories “Gateway”. But you can still generate passcode and share or authorize people who want to enter the room(Send e-keys). This is relatively safer. Or you can find gateway on the market which can match our app "TTlock".

Warm Notice:

1. Please make sure you choose the correct handle side. But the handle is reversible. If you purchase a wrong side handle or have problems with the installation, we can teach you to solve these problems, it is not really difficult.^.^

2. We recommend the normal operating temperature range is:32℉~104℉(0℃~40℃)

When the battery is running out, the APP interface will display a reminder and the door lock will sound an alarm when it opened. In this case, you can also unlock 200 times until the battery is completely used up.

The handle of the lock is reversible, if you purchase the wrong handle side or want to install on different doors, we coud guile you try to switch it, it's not very difficult.

For security reasons, the door lock will automatically lock when the correct password is entered for about 5 seconds. But you can set the auto-lock time via the app.

I am giving this review after two weeks of continued use. I bought this for an apartment building that has a common door for both long term and short term rentals. The installation was very easy but I didn't realize that you had to buy an additional device so that I could operate it remotely which was a little frustrating. The Sifely Keyless Entry Electronic Smart Door Lock Wi-Fi was an additional $40 but worth it. I synced the lock up to the Sifely through the app with help from customer service via email. Customer service did call me back when I reached out but I preferred their email help. The TTLock app took me some time to navigate, it wasn't as user friendly as the SchlageHome app. After trial and error I managed to get it mapped out. I can easily give permanent eKeys to long term tenants, temporary eKeys to the short term rental guests with a beginning date/time and an end date/time, and open the door from anywhere I am via the app. The product design is very attractive and works beautifully. This product will definitely be put to the test. I'll try to follow up in six months to let you know if it can withstand the constant use.

The first unit we received worked well but the lock stopped working after about a month. For some reason whenever the passcode or app was used to unlock the door, the door would not unlock. I contacted customer support and told them about my problem. They responded back within a day and notified me that they would send over a new unit with no cost to us. We received the new unit in 3 days and it has been working great since. Customer support has also followed up at least 3 times now to make sure everything is working.

I asked an expert to help me install it, but there is no way to automatically lock the door, I have contacted the seller and have never received the help the deserve. The seller told me that they do not produce this product, only provide services. it is really baffling and pushes the responsibility. also I ask a second expert to see why the key can't be locked automatically. They told me that key is a problem with the lock itself. I regret buying this door lock, and now I can't return it. I have spent a lot of costs try to solve the problem, but it was wasted. it's recommended to make more comparisons before purchase.

Was able to change the autolock time to 30 seconds by connecting to Bluetooth, did not have to buy the Gateway referenced in other reviews. Gateway only needed if you want to connect lock to Wireless network and lock/unlock remotely. Very happy with this product so far.

Very disappointed in instructions provided. Customerservice is only available after 6:00 PM PST. Not good if you live on East Coast. Finally had to find YouTube video to change handle to reverse acting (not in instructions) YouTube video not the same model but I worked it out. No instructions on setting up codes or set up. Still trying to pair two phones to front door lock. They need to fix instructions and have Customer Service during normal EST hours.
