Updated review from January 19, 2020. A couple of months ago I wrote the the following review. I stand by everything I wrote. They are great earbuds. Now I want to add about the excellent service I received. After 2 months it looked as though the right earbud was not charging. I wrote an email to Kissral and they responded within 24 hours. They generously offered to replace the earbuds and no charge. As it turned out I did not need a replacement as it was probably my fault that the earbud might not have been seated properly. It is working perfectly. This is a company that takes customer service seriously and I greatly appreciate it.
I own a couple of Bluetooth earbuds but each of those has wires of some sort, generally connecting them to each other or a band that goes around the neck with embedded controls. These are the first Bluetooth earbuds that I've owned that were completely wireless. And I must say that I completely enjoy their design and freedom.
One of the things that I really like about these earbuds is the design of the power box. When you open the box you can see immediately how much charge is remaining. Even with the box closed its top is translucent and you can tell how much charge there is while charging without having to open the box. The 2 earbuds fit nicely in the case with a nice magnetic click which lets you know that they are firmly seated.
With my other Bluetooth earbuds I never knew how much charge I had left. And when they gave me an audible warning that I was low on power I had no alternative but to stop using them and plug them in to recharge. While they were recharging I could not use them at all. With this design the power box itself which holds the earbuds will constantly recharge them anytime they are placed in the box. And since they are totally wireless you can still use them while the power box itself is being recharged. Therefore I never lose any time using the earbuds.
The power box itself has a very large high-capacity battery which is 3000 mAH. There are 2 connectors on the power box. One is for a micro USB cable which does the actual recharging. The other is a USB out port. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this port turns the power box into a recharging battery itself. What this means is that if your phone is low on power you can use the power box which holds the earbuds as a battery to recharge your phone. And since it has a battery capacity of 3000 mAH you can give most phones a good recharge to get you by and still have power to spare.
Pairing, even the first time, is incredibly easy and efficient. Remove both earbuds from the power box at about the same time and wait a few seconds. The 2 earbuds immediately pair with themselves. Then simply go to your phone in the Bluetooth settings and choose the earbuds. Pairing is immediate. From then on any timely the earbuds are removed from the power box they are paired immediately with the phone.
The earbuds come with 4 ear cushions which should fit any ear comfortably. They are very comfortable to wear and for me they provide a very snug and secure fit.
The sound quality is extremely good. And even though I wouldn't call them noise canceling, they do a good job of muffling ambient sound. All in all I am impressed by these earbuds. They provide good quality and good features for a very reasonable price.

Really nice pair of wireless earbuds
***UPDATE*** SOLO EARBUD USE: It’s much easier to use the LEFT earbud on its own than the right. You can either take the left earbud out on its own & connect it to your phone. OR you can be using both & just put the right one away.So this is my first day with the earbuds. I was really nervous to purchase them because I read several negative reviews & I didn’t want to waste my money. I decided to take a chance on them based on the positive reviews & upon arrival, I realized they’re AWESOME. I’ve never had wireless earbuds, only beats headphones & beats earbuds that hand around your neck (not completely wireless, but they do connect through bluetooth). I started using these & I noticed that the shape is so nice in my ear. Which is another thing I was worried about because I’ve never been able to wear apple earphones due to their shape. I put these on & they fit nice and snug. Both the small & medium size earbuds fit securely into my ears.They paired really easily & the sound quality was really good. I had my MacBook Air laptop playing a commercial on full volume while I had my music playing via my iphone X through the wireless earbuds & I only had to turn my music volume up half way to cancel out the noise of my computer, which is perfect because full volume music through these earbuds is pretty loud & uncomfortable to sit through. I listened to several songs, such as: Miguel- “Sure Thing”; Salena Gomez- “Back to you”; Cardi B & Bruno Mars- “Please me”; Clean Bandit- “Rather Be”; and H. E. R.- “Avenue”. I listen to all types of music, but I tried to switch it up just to see how it would sound. The bass is nice, not too much but you can still feel the vibrations & get into the music. I threw my head around a little while dancing & the earbuds were still secure. I haven’t worked out with them, but dancing seemed like a good alternative since I don’t have time for a full work out.I am still struggling to get the Right earbud to play music while the Left is off. So once I figure out the best strategy for that, I will update the review.I wouldn’t take phone calls through the earbuds because it makes a weird clicking noise when the phone is ringing/waiting for someone to answer. Once they pick up, the phone breaks up so you can’t fully understand what they’re saying. I ended up having to put the phone on speaker with 1 earbud out to understand what they were saying.Overall, they work pretty well for me as a college student. Definitely a nice alternative to the apple airpods price-wise. But, if you like to make a lot of phone calls, I’d try something else. Other than that, the music quality is pretty good & once you get a hang of pressing the button for different actions, you should be good to go. I’d say their a good buy, but definitely not a 5/5 due to the issue with phone calls & the difficulty of the button use, at first.
