En la publicación se muestra lo que venden y lo que llega es otra cosa...sólo 64 de 500 GB de Disco duro, otro procesador, Sólo 4 de 8 GB RAM cómo dicen...Publicidad engañosa. Me hicieron quedar mal y me dicen que me reembolsan el dinero sólo debo devolverlo, este proceso puede durar 25 días a un mes.

    My wife and I have had this computer for a year now and it has been nothing but problems. The speakers and headphone jacks sometimes work and sometimes don't. The worst problem with the computer is that it gets extremely hot! So hot you can't put it on your lap. We had to buy an aftermarket cooling pad to put under it. There is no cooling fan or air vents in this computer which is a horrible design flaw. When it gets hot it slows down a lot. I did a lot of research and there are many other people who had the same problem.

    I really like this 11.6"Dell computer so far. It's the Microsoft program that I am used to. The packaging was very sturdy and nothing was damaged through mail. It's taking me a while to get it all set up and I will have to have someone help to uninstall lots of programs that I won't use. Color is perfect,size is perfect. I'm very happy with this product. Only wish it came with a booklet to help you set up. I know you can purchase one but that's just another dollar out of my pocket and into theirs. Spent enough. All in all,I like it

    I have had this computer for about 9 months. It drops wifi, the c key and backslash don't work. We have worked with dell tech support to reinstall windows and now I'm sending it in. There is zero wiggle room to exchange or do anything other than be at the mercy of dell to fix it. It freezes repeatedly in google meet meetings. It HATES google so if you like using it don't bother with this model. It's unfortunate. I also have a dell Chromebook I love. So avoid this model and go for the Chromebook!
