Plugged it in and immediately heard a pop noise from the base of the machine. The lights flickered for a few seconds, then nothing. The company's response is to open up the base. Uhm, how about no? It's going back.

1) very bad slicer software - half translated from chinese to english, supports are improperly generated by the software, very difficult to set it up manually in proper way
2) my printer has been malfunctioned after 4th use - reason was, as i discovered after disassembling it, not connected!! wires from Z axis limit switch and cooling fan, as result LCD screen of the printer has been broken by extruder
3) my request for sending replacement screen was refused by Anet customer service - they have stated that screen is not covered by warranty!!!!
