I bought this in July of 2022, it's now June 2023 and it just quit reading discs one day. It has stayed attached to the headrest the whole time and was taken care of, it was never moved around or mishandled in any way. Unfortunate, because it did work well while it did.
Edited: after my previous review, customer service reached out to me to let me know my player was still under warranty, and that they'd send me a replacement! I enjoyed my previous one while it worked, so I gladly accepted and received it within a couple of days! I wouldn't have thought I could do anything about a non-working player almost a year later, but they made sure to make it right. Excellent customer support!!

Worked great for about 8 months. Got a new one sent to me from SUNPIN. Good customer service.
Worked great for about 8 months then stopped working. Has been kept in the headrest the entire time and only removed to change discs. Discs that have been played in it before are now reading “no disc/unable to read”. The car charger also has broken and is unusable (flimsy but my own fault for location). The cord came right out of the back of the plastic casing!I am past the return time but I did register my DVD player with SUNPIN online and there is a 1year warranty which I am still within. After emailing with their customer service team we can to the conclusion of needing to send me a new player. The team was very helpful and cordial. I appreciate the help and am hoping this new one holds up better than the first!I do recommend this player but make sure to register it with SUNPIN online.

I am past the return time but I did register my DVD player with SUNPIN online and there is a 1year warranty which I am still within. After emailing with their customer service team we can to the conclusion of needing to send me a new player. The team was very helpful and cordial. I appreciate the help and am hoping this new one holds up better than the first!
I do recommend this player but make sure to register it with SUNPIN online.
