I wouldn't suggest putting the buds in the washer, it happened to one of mine, both washer and dryer. Charged it just in case, and voilá! It worked! 👍👍👍

Only one pair had the charging case that’s worked the second pair the case wouldn’t charge but would in the other case....emailed company and the sent out replacements. And I had them in 3 days! The sound quality and noise cancellation are great, but the speakers absolutely suck. Every time I try to hold a phone conversation with my earbuds in, no one can hear me. They say it's like the phone is very far from me even though i have the earbud in correctly and phone close to my mouth. At first, this seemed like a non-issue since I just wanted wireless buds for the gym, but now it's very inconvenient to switch my blue-tooth on and off constantly because I use them a lot throughout the day. Also, not that seamless of a connection. I frequently have to re-do the connection to my phone, laptop, and tablet. Minor inconvenience, but inconvenient nonetheless. I believe I spent around $20 for these, so issues are to be expected. I didn't want to be heartless and give them less than 3 stars because they do what they were originally purchased for.

Quality of the earbuds exceeds my expectations by far. Are you getting Bose, Apple or Samsung quality, well no... but are you getting a decent pair of sounding headphones at a great price, Yes! They are very on par with my skull candy wireless ear buds and with a better smaller case in my opinion. For those asking question about adjusting the volume I found a fast double tap will increase or decrease sound depending on what earbud you tap on and a slow double tap with skip songs.

I needed a new pair of ear buds to replace my old set. I use them mostly when working in the yard and in the shop. The packaging looked nice, as does the product itself, but that’s where it ends in this case. I had a hard time getting both buds to connect, and when they did they would easily lose connection even with the phone in my hand. While they would charge quickly in their case, I couldn’t get them to function long enough to test the longevity of the charge.
