Update 12/13/23 both ears buds cant be used at the same time. I have to connect to a seperate bluetooth in settings for one headphone or the other. I have been troubleshooting this for months. I wish i could reset the headphones somehow. I wish i just had the original pair that actually workedUPDATE: 11/6/23 the company has officially sent me two replacment pairs since my 2nd purchase. Unfortunately no matter what i do with trouble shooting/ etc. i can only get one of my headphones to play music/ talk at a time now. Ive deleted, forgotten and all but destroyed the first 3 pairs digitally and mentally. The 4th and last pair are synced, they are charged and they work. Just not at the same time. I thought for sure it would be fine with the 4th pair. I got the updated case with the type c charger for my 4th pair unlike the 3rd pair. This was a nice suprise from the company. Im thankful i got a new pair bc the 3rd pair wasnt keeping a charge anyways after my initial review. Its super dissapointing to be having these issues with the syncing of audio at this point as the 1st pair was only replaced because i lost the case with the left earbud. The 2nd pair suddenly began to give me bluetooth issues which was why i got a replacment to begin with. Unfortunately for the cost at this point its just money gone but i got 6 good months of use out of my 1st pair i guess which is more than i can say for other headphones ive had. Unless there is a different bluetooth/ syncing solution i can only use 1 ear bud at a time with my 4th set of these earbuds. And thats only just okay to me at this point and only if they both will easilly sync individually when i only need one in. Id simply weigh your options and anticipate replacing these if youre buying desperate like i was for a cost affordable option for what you may need them for specifically/ the most until maybe its more important to spend more for a better pair. I anticipated losing/ misplacing these with my job at the time so cheap was good these were great for the cost at first. Im giving an extra star as they offered to send an updated set after the 3rd pair. Which was nice and unexpected, customer service is decent when it generally seems non existentWould really love a solution though for sure and all would be fine haha***Everything was fine until i had to buy the 2nd pair. The earbuds worked great. I lost the bud box with the left earbud at work probably lost forever in a yard or something (fell out of my pocket) and have the right earbud which is dead. Charging port was type-cThe 2nd set arrived and i paid 5$ more 6 momths later for the same earbuds. They work fine nothings wrong with them. They were great for what i needed. But then i started having issues about a month in switching back and forth between headphones through the day like they refused to connect to bluetooth in synchronization after working just fine for weeks. I worked over this issue for days thinking maybe i didnt just lose the original set of earbuds that maybe they were closer than i thought. I had issues with the left earbud only at this point. Which will connect. Just not when the right is connected. The original right earbud is still dead and in my car. Original box still not found with the left earbud from original set. Charger port type-cLike i said nothing was wrong with the first set i simply lost the box with the left earbud and was left stranded with only the right ear budIm forced to email the manufacturer since it was well past my return/ exchange date at this point and they send me another set of earbuds no problem. The only issue i really have now is i go to use them and then charge them first day out of the box and im wondering why my cellphone charger isnt working on the bud box (type-c) and i realise it takes a micro usb. Why?Why did i get sent an outdated model? When the original set was just fine... like i emailed you hoping to trouble shoot the problem and its hard to complain when i was sent another pair but like... why the micro usb port???I cant just charge something in 2023 i have to have a cable arsenol i guess this is just extremely annoying for someone like me whose finally adapted to type-c with my outdated galaxy and with only 1 apple product in the house. Its the same exact box and set of earbuds i just have to always have a micro usb available now (youre sent one thats only like 1ft which is good for my car) but now i need multiple chargers for different places. Again. I thought i was done with this2 stars for the inconveniences across the boardTheyre good headphones though i liked them alot. The micro usb thing will be why they wont get used now bc theyll be dead bc im sick of buying cables every 6 months to accomodate this constant technological inconsistency among brands these days
