    besides the hold it has for over the ear staying in place the rest is crap im always shaking the case to get it just right to charge OR "forgetting my device " to link it back to blue tooth OR one side will work but not the other and sometimes both AND/OR all three

    I like the bass & the feature, I don’t like how sometimes the skipping button doesn’t work & you have to open & close the case twice to get a notification on the ear buds & charging case battery levels, i have the older generation with the clable & bough a black, green pair for day to day work, exercise, and even good for when you don’t want to disturb your partner.

    So I had to return these headphones as I believe the case was defective. They wouldn't disconnect from the phone when properly put in the case and closed. I noticed this after I had put them in the case and answered a call and the audio was still going to the headphones ,...IN THE CASE.....
    Even though I had to return them, I would not discourage anyone from purchasing renewed items from Amazon. I have ordered renewed electronics before and they still work like new. This one particular time I had a problem, but it was taken care of from Amazon and the seller right away.

    I got this product after saving up for a year and they didn’t even last me 9 months. Stopped connecting, charging, and even relaying sound less than 9 months after I bought them. I sent them to Apple Care under warranty and they refused to repair them and said I had received a counterfeit product. Got them back and confirmed that for myself as they didn’t come in the correct packaging and lacked a serial number. Sent them BACK to the seller for a refund and they refused to refund me because my card number had changed since I bought them. Amazon customer service nor the seller representative did anything to even attempt to send the refund to the correct account even though they were under warranty. ALSO, I not only didn’t received the refund, but the warehouse didn’t send the faulty product back so I have no product nor a refund of any kind.
